- Standard price per jar: £8.00

- Return your empty mason jar to be cleaned and reused → pay just £6.50 per jar on your next order!

 

Your Right to Cancel

 

You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full product refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including delivery costs.

 

Items We Cannot Accept Back

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wax melts cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Once we receive and check your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.
